We stayed one night. Very friendly and helpful CSR. Clean room with plenty of towels, and toiletries. The breakfast was complimentary, fast and filling.

Stay was okay.

The room worked for my mother and myself. It was clean, but not as clean as other places stayed in. There was a small continental breakfast, microwave foods only. We spent more time with family and the beds were comfortable to sleep in.

Better Options in Town

Lobby smelled when I walked so I decided not to stay for the full 3 nights. Told the concierge before passing and he assured me I wouldn't be charged. Then I contacted Hotels.com to ensure I wouldn't be charged and they asked me I wouldn't be. But the next morning I saw my credit card had been fully charged. Concierge refused to assist and sod only Hotels.com could do it. My night rate, as shown in my receipt, indicated that my nightly charges would be 96.67 but I was charged over 160 for the one night. Everyone refused to give me a partial refund. The room was DISGUSTING! there was a black hand print on the shower wall, the sink was missing part of its cabinet, the door looked like it had been kicked in a few times, there were finger prints and black sticky smears in the light switch which didn't work inside the door, and the toilet flusher, a brown stain in the curtain which looked like dried blood, chewed up door casings, and a broken TV stand. I'm trying to add photos to prove what I encountered but the app won't let me.

The overall experience was good. Hotel was easy to find; Check-in went quickly and smoothly; Room was is good condition and clean, with a slight ding/hole in one of the walls; bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan which would have been nice; check-out went just as smooth as check-in; breakfast options left a bit to be desired.

Fine if you are just looking for a bed. Super run down on the outside and the hallways. Rooms a little better but not great. No where for the dogs to use the bathroom.

There is one way to get to Rawlins, WY from the west, I-80. However it was closed 6/15/2025 from 2:30PM MT due to an accident at Exit 52. There was no access to Rawlins or the hotel as the interstate was shut down until 6/16/2025. Considerations by the hotel and staff was not afforded.

Breakfast was good. As of June 2025, there is no pool, and doesn’t seem like they will have one anytime soon. In general, the property is dilapidated. Bathroom floor tile was missing a lot of grout, caulking was bad, ceiling had water stains, etc. Seemed to be a hangout for people who weren’t necessarily staying there. Would not go back. Did not feel safe with my young family.
