The villa is located in Rawai where is the south of the island, near Naiharn beach that is one of the most beautiful beaches of Phuket island.

Rawai is a full package place for holiday, it's the best selection for people who need privacy, staying in tropical nature environment , travel and understand the local lifestyle. It's also very convenient area for looking any kind of restaurants, shoppings,minimarts, super centers,fresh markets, entertainments and activities,etc.

The villa is located in Suksan 2 alley, Rawai. Far from the main road 3 minutes by driving. It's convenient area as just driving a few minutes to 24 hours groceries shops ( 7/11 and family mart) , super center, restaurants, beach etc... The villa is opposite to Phuket Sports & Tennis club by walking 2 minutes.

RATE EXCLUDES:
The electricity fee is 6 THB per unit

-Other special requests like surprise decorations with balloons/flowers can be arranged with extra charge
HOUSE RULES :
-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.
