Das Studio befindet sich in einem Apartementhaus und ist modern eingerichtet. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück auf das Meer und der ruhigen und sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Sonnenliege, Kinderspielplatz, Schaukel und Grillmöglichkeit. Der Whirlpool ist für 5 Personen geeignet und die Sauna ist für 2 Personen geeignet. Fahrräder, SUP, Kayak und Quad kann man mieten gegen Gebühr.
