We stopped in for one night on our way through town. There are some awesome restaurants in the area! We had chosen this hotel because of the slide in the pool area and the breakfast. Unfortunately they were not able to keep up with the crowds they had during the weekend "rush". The pool was so crowded with kids that it was hard to move around and the kids ran through the halls til almost 12:30 AM!!! It was terribly loud and neither parents nor staff appeared to want to address it. The breakfast was also demolished by the amounts of kids in the breakfast room and what may normally have been a good hotel breakfast was dessimated by the time we arrived at 8:30 a.m. What a shame because Country Inn and Suites has always been my preferred hotel chain.

Good service good hot breakfast, 7-10:30 am, clean beds but pretty firm and fluffy pillows (brought my own because I like flatter pillow).

The front desk staff were super friendly. The hotel needs some maintenance work. There had been some sort of air conditioner leak prior to our stay and the room floor by the window was just completely damp. The beds were ok, but the room temperature is impossible to control and I kept waking up too hot or too cold all night.

The breakfast should be available to 10 am and offer more hot food options. The eggs were not good. You should use real eggs. Housekeeping should take out garbage daily and touch up room with towels and soap. Not skipping stay overs.

One of the absolute nicest hotels of all time for the price. My family and I were amazed. The staff was inordinately friendly, and went out of the way to ensure our satisfaction. An amazing experience all the way around.

The staff was friendly and helpful. However, I did not understand the need for a "resort fee" when there is no housekeeping for three days per stay or extra services. The hot tub jets did not work, and the pool water was not very clear. The pet area was nice to have, however there were no bags, which meant most guests did not pick up after their pet. The breakfast was typical with apples being the only fresh item. The location was fine and safe.

My wife and I stayed here recently. I paid extra for suite with a jetted tub. I found that the drain plug for the jetted tub didn’t screw in. No big deal, I just climbed in to hold it in place until if filled up enough for it to stay in place. As it filled I noticed that there was a bunch of hair floating in the water with me. Gross. So no jetted tub for us. The next morning while I was in the restroom someone came into my room while my wife was sleeping even though I had the do not disturb sign on my outside handle. About a half hour someone opened our door again even though the do not disturb sign was on the outside handle. At that point I went to the front desk to let them know what was going on. I was told that they were surprised as the cleaning staff is usually really good about making sure that rooms were cleaned properly. That may be but they must have not done as good a job before we got there. I was offered a $9 discount and was told that since I booked the room online I would have to take it up with Expedia if I wanted any further discounts. I booked this hotel based off of its good reviews, however I won’t be going back and will not recommend it to anyone else.
