Stayed here for three nights with friends. Hotel is only five months old so everything is new and fresh. Rooms smelled new. Every night they had a managers happy hour with complimentary beer and wine. Manager could not have been more friendly. Staff was great and the breakfast had a nice selection. Right next door they built a restaurant where we ate two nights. Food was delicious. We highly recommend if you’re in the area.

My husband and I had checked into another hotel, ended up walking into our room and immediately walked out due to the disgusting nature of the room and needed to find a new place to stay quickly. ClubHouse only had 2 rooms left on a busy Buffalo Roundup weekend and we were lucky enough to snag a room. We were frazzled due to our last experience, but upon walking into the front door of this beautiful hotel and being greeted by the most friendly person at check-in, we were immediately put at ease. We entered our room and it was breath of fresh air. Beautifully appointed and extremely clean. While the hotel was appealing, it was the staff that made this hotel exceptional. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the food service staff, they were all pleasant, kind and helpful. They turned a bad experience into something amazing.

Located approximately 15 minutes from Mt. Rushmore, this hotel provides not only a spacious room, but a nice balcony and calm outdoor courtyard with firepit.

My only complaint about this property is the mediocre breakfast food on the last two days of my trip. Aside than that, my only other complaint about this property is the very noisy A/C unit. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Parking is plentiful and convenient. The accommodations are exceptionally nice and clean (for the price point). Since this hotel was recently built, all of the furnishings and finishes look and feel new. The property is conveniently located to many restaurants and other services, some of which are within walking distance, as they occupy the same plaza. If your Black Hills travel itinerary spans from Hot Springs in the south to Spearfish in the north, then this hotel is near the center of it all. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful new property. Lobby was impressive. We had a 1 bedroom suite which was very comfortable. Only 2 things I would change: add a table lamp in the living room and get rid of the super fat bed pillows.

Breakfast was very nice. A good variety. Something for everyone I feel. The Black Hills are beautiful. A wonderful area of South Dakota. Mt Rushmore was awesome! The area was beautiful, much improved from my visit 30 years ago.
