Bedbugs!!! We found a bedbug on the pillowcase. They moved us to a different room. When we entered the new room there was fast food trash scattered around the room. We opened the dresser drawer and there was a half eaten candy cane in the drawer with other wrappers and some sort of plastic tube with ooze/slime unidentified substance inside. The property was willing to find us a 3rd room or refund our money. We chose the refund!

Many issues with this “4 star hotel” If this was a 2 star hotel I would have no complaint But here we go….. - Hallway reeked of weed -Hallway reeked of cigarette - Hallway was so dirty on the sides the carpet was an entirely different color with a mix of garbage - The “onsite security” never showed other guest screaming and cussing at each other down the hallway throughout the night -Lobby had pieces of fruit and other food on the floor -Staff was friendly but had no idea what was going on - No breakfast was some old coffee To top it all off we had to clean our rooms before was even unpacked mind you we had a 1, 5 and 7 year old staying with us First room - We had to wipe down all of the surfaces - Dead bugs chilling in the bathroom - Food from previous guest in the fridge - Un-vacuumed floor (our socks were black from one night) - A random toy in the middle of the room left over from previous guest - Unknown substance on closet doors In our second room - Makeup splattered on bathroom walls - Toothpaste splattered on walls and mirror -
