There was one night staff short blond hair who was very rude or maybe racist 🤔 idk but she was so unprofessional butting in on our conversation with the night shift well we was discussing the issue with the television in the room we was in anyways ill here again thank you bye .

Check in was probably the best part, clerk was nice. Went to the pool, no towels. Room seemed okay at first but when I went to take a shower I found a used bar of soap and washcloth from the previous guest. Also found hairs in the tub and it was slow draining so I ended up standing in a few inches of water with another guest's hair. Microwave was also dirty. But okay it happens. Worst part, in the a.m. I had a Do Not Disturb sign on my door and at 9:15 a.m. (check out was at 11 am) the housekeeper was banging on my door. When I answered she said, "I have to do a room count." Huh? I pointed to the Do Not Disturb sign and she said, "I have to overread that." (I'm guessing she meant override.) I was going to talk to the front desk about that but when I went to check out the desk was unattended and there was just a bin to put keys.

The room was so bad. When we walked in, the window was wide open and it smelled odd (dirty). Stains on the carpet and it wasn’t vacuumed. The chair was so stained that it was greasy. The bed squeaked every time you moved and was so uncomfortable with small square pillows. The worst part was when I went to shut the bathroom door, I put my hand in something. I looked and it appeared like dried blood spattered all up and down the door. We loved this place when we stayed a few years ago. It was awful and has gone completely downhill. Even the hallways and elevator was dirty. We should have walked out right away. My husband mentioned it to front desk and they said management would follow-up. We haven’t heard a word.

I stayed with a partner just for 1 night. It was close to an excellent restaurant. The room and bathroom were cleaned. Just the pillows weren’t that puffy enough.
