The room was a nice size especially for my family of 5, the amenities were amazing but the room above us sounded like it had work done going on and woke us up 3 of the nights we were here. While the staff was friendly for the most part, a fire alarm went off asking us to make our way outside. No staff memeber was out there to check on guests, there was no communication to guests that it was safe to go in, for the most part when it was obvious we could go in, groups of guests started to go back in. Nothing was said or done to insure that guests were ok. Other than that, the hotel was relaxing and nicely located.

The breakfast was always cold. I had to put it in the microwave. The faucet in the coffee bar was dripping black sludge! I did not use the water in the room. I could not raise the temperature in the room no matter how much I adjusted the thermostat. Other tan that, it was just great.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! The establishment is gorgeous, clean, the staff are so friendly and accommodating, and the suite was bigger than we anticipated! The breakfast was amazing, and we loved the complimentary social hour. It was a great way to kind of bring the guests together; like a family-style gathering!
