The walls and ceiling were paper thin I could hear people above us on the second floor walking around and moving things all night into 430am. Also I could hear my neighbours through the wall by my headboard up early and can hear everything.

The space of our unit was great but the walls and ceilings are paper thin I could hear my neighbor room having sex on the other side of the wall at 430 am and my wall was shaking from the bed banging against the wall. Also the people above me were up walking and moving things at all hours of the night. Had a horrible sleep but it could also have just been a one off

Westin the resort was beautiful however we stayed in a villa amd it was not great. It said it slept 4 how the suite except the bedroom was not spacious. We had the sofa bed and that mattress was horrible.. beyond horrible. They only gave one blanket and not enough towels. The staff was not accomodating or helpful they wanted us to keep using the online for room change etc. As for the room there was no toothpaste only a small very tiny bottle of lotion. There is only one mirror in the washroom so if in a group and someone is using the washroom u cant get ready in any other room. The washer and dryer are soooooooo loud so turn it on when ur not in the room. I am sure the reg rooms are probably ok but the villa no thank u

The trash from the previous guest was still in our room. The ice maker was inoperable. It was changed out the next day. Seversl tile in the bathroom were loose and we had to be careful not to pinch our feet. Dishwasher was not cleaning the dishes. The security lock on the door was broken. Hindges on the fireplace doors was broken. Carpet in the bedroom had frayed edges. Total lack of room maintenance. When you rent for a week you shouldn't be stuck with paying weekend absorbent rates. The property does not have a charging station for KIA EVs.
