Forget the standard desert getaway; this is a front-row seat to one of the most serene views in the valley. Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this expansive 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom residence is defined by golden-hour reflections and the rhythmic sound of a rock waterfall just steps from your back door. The Main House is a 3 Bedroom 3 Bath House. 2 of the rooms have in room bathrooms. One of which is the Primary Suite witch has 2 walk in closets, 2 Vanities, a tub and a shower. There is a casita with its own entry that is attached to the main house.
There is ample parking in the garage, drive way or street. The pool will be unheated but can be heated upon request at additional cost of $100 per day. 1 days noticed is needed for heating the pool. This is a new rental for the family and is not just a rental but our families vacation home. We are new to VRBO but not new to renting to seasonal renters. Please don't hesitate to reach out with questions.
