The staff were lovely and the breakfast included with the room charge was excellent. However the pool was not open (I don’t know if it is ever open), so that was a real shame and is something that should be made clear before booking.

The beds are very uncomfortable. They are hard, lumpy and u feel every move when your sleeping partner moves. I woke up with extreme back pain. Everything else was great!!

Room & bathroom immaculate. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. I had requested an end room away from elevator and hall traffic and staff was very accommodating - it was perfectly quiet all night. Would stay here again without hesitation, and will recommend to others.

No one came to clean our rooms until late on the on the third day. The room was old and needs very uncomfortable. Light in bathroom l bathroom didn't work and the towels were left for us on a shower chair!! Really gross. The pull out bed is a tiny twin and too small for a grown up. We asked for a topper or something to put on top so you couldn't feel the hard metal and no one got back to us. Phone in the room was so old and dingy. We come to Asheboro every year or 2 and usually stay at the Hampton Inn. I wanted to try something different but lesson learned. We will not be back.
