The owners/managers of this property are not making repairs and must be cutting back on services that are expected during hotel stays. I stayed for 8 nights and finally had to request cleaning, fresh sheets and towels, toilet paper, coffee refills, trash emptied etc after I had been there 4 nights. Towel bar would not stay on wall, phone to front desk was disconnected, there was no remote for the tv. There were stains on the carpeting. The reviews were not accurate. Not a good experience. Won’t be staying here again.

Got in about 9 pm from intenational flight, so was exhausted. First hit with the surprise 100 damage deposit(?) dont think I had been aware of that especially because it was a $90 room. Guess i should have known, you get what you pay for. bedding was clean, no bugs, BUT carpet was so filthy I left my socks on, bathroom floor had shoe prints on it, and furniture was disgusting. Got out of there at 6 am, but snoozing front desk person did not know how to print a receipt. Needless to say, wont go to a sonesta again.

One night stay before our flight back to UK 🇬🇧

We had a good stay for one night before heading to the airport. Nice room with balcony to enjoy our final glass of wine before our flight to the uk very early the next morning. We did ask if we were to stay again and didn’t have a car did they have a courtesy bus for the airport but they didn’t which is a shame.

Arrived for first night & the room they gave me had not been cleaned. The bed had been slept in. Trash on the floor. Dirty towels on bathroom floor and someone used the toilet and didnt flush. They apologized & gave me another room. This one appeared to be cleaned but someone had been smoking Marijuana in here & it reeked. This is supposed to be a smoke free facility. Had a can of febreeze so i fixed that problem. It was late & i was tired. Took a shower. Hot water was non existent. Water only got warm. Turned shower off & the water kept flowing. It wasnt a lot & it was late so i just went to bed. Left in the morning and the water was still running. Returned late & was was flowing at about 40% of max. It appeared as if there was a water leak in the wall as the carpet & wall outside of the bathroom were wet. It was close to midnight and I notified the front desk. Shortly after midnight he notified me that I needed to move to another room as maintenance was coming in because of the shower. The room they found me was smaller & cheaper and located on the far side of the hotel. After repacking & moving ALL my stuff to the new room it was close to 1 am & i needed to drive halfway across the state @ 7 am. The new room was smaller, both beds had broken bed springs & was very uncomfortable. There was groceries in one the the dresser drawers (old fruit and canned food). Was so glad to leave that place. No more space to complain about all tge homeless wandering around.
