Make your stay in Raleigh authentic and comfortable. This location offers an awesome location on the east side of downtown, guest house appeal, a fenced-in yard, walkability, and cozy touches with a North Carolina theme!

The space is a 500 sqft converted shed with an open-concept living room and kitchenette downstairs. Upstairs is a loft bedroom with a full bathroom. There is a lot of natural light, which is a space that lends itself to relaxing, working remotely, or getting ready for an event. G@@gle Fiber gig wifi will keep you connected during the workday and Netflix or Amazon Prime will help wind down at the end of the day.

Bringing your dog? There is a fully fenced-in yard for them to enjoy. The yard is shared with the property next door so please watch your dog at all times.

Stroll to Robert's Park one block over or walk downtown in 15 minutes and enjoy a nice variety of food and drink places, museums, and concert venues.

Other things to note:

The steps only have a handrailing on one side. Also, the wall air unit at the top of the steps protrudes into the walkway.

The property is in an urban, diverse neighborhood. I've always felt safe here, but if you are sensitive to occasional noise or unaccustomed to city living, this may not be the right place for you.

Great Experience

Cleanliness & functionality of the house was excellent. Location was ideal. Lack of comfortability with the furniture & bed made for a difficult time to get rest, but that’s fixable. Couldn’t have appreciated the rest of our experience anymore than we did. Would certainly recommend!
