There was active construction going on in the hotel - workers had to enter our room after we checked in and were resting in bed from a day of travel to change out the TV. We requested new sheets, and were told to collect the sheets ourselves. When we inquired about maid service, they said it was available, but it did not come when requested. Otherwise, hotel was clean and in a good location.

Very nice location, and the rooms are being redone. Our room was really nice and clean and very quit. The staff was very nice and friendly. We would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Room was clean and cozy, the breakfast was wonderful and I love the fancy vibe of the hotel. The staff was also so endearing and helpful, if I ever travel to NC, I’m gonna try and stay here again for sure.

Breakfast was great! Something I look forward to. Room was clean but it is beginning to show a little age. And this is why they are in the middle of a full renovation! I look forward to visiting again when everything is fresh.

We did not even stay at this hotel and it didn’t match Expedia review at all. When I tried to talk to Expedia the next day I spent 2 hours trying to get this resolved. The hotel lied and Expedia was not helpful to resolve the issue
