I have actually never written a bad review, but this time I was very disappointed. First, my toilet wouldn't flush from the very first day. I stayed 4 nights and each morning when I left for work, i would tell the desk. It would be fixed by the time I got back to the room at 6pm, but then it wouldn't flush again. This happened every day. Then, I took my privacy sign off the door, and my room would never get cleaned. It got cleaned once during my stay. On my last night, I was exhausted and ordred room service and after an hour i called down, my order had been lost. They said it would be right up. 30 minutes later it was brought up. My soup was cold and clumpy and my salad was served on a plate with paper on the bottom of it, so each time i would cut the lettuce, i would get a slice of paper. Weird. The hotel was clean, the desk people nice, but then things fall apart.

I was traveling from Louisiana heading to Northern Virginia. With many miles under my belt and many more to follow, I was quite exhausted and ready to rest. On the sure of the moment, I made a reservation at the Hilton. From the front desk on, my stay was stellar!! Cleanliness, efficiency. I will recommend and I will return!
