The carpet in the room was dirty. The bathtub was not clean. the tub was chipped. The refrigerator was leaking water. There was a table to eat at if you chose to but, no chairs. No coffee table in the room. Walked in the room and it smelled very musty. The room appeared to me that it was in need of renovation. The room was very much outdated. The electrical outlets near the kitchen above the table, wasn't working. This was my first and last time staying at Extended Stay od America.

GROSS property , walked into my room that had a horrible urine smells (which they knew airing it out windows open) then look on the floor to find half dead Roaches fighting for their lives. Checked out quickly and hit a marriott . Front desk

I’m really surprised Expedia even lists this place. This place should not be open as a hotel. Rather said it should be turned into a shelter. I mean i only stayed due to last minute and it was cheap for the night. But room was a let down. Looked a lot like a shelter room. Hostel like. Flooring was filthy carpet full of women’s hair. Everything was rusted shower floor rusted . Tv didn’t work. Employee was very understanding and she was very accommodating. Unfortunately the hotel can’t back her up. She changed my room for one an operational TV. And once in there noticed cold water in bathroom didn’t work. Like that’s unacceptable Guess you have to pick one or the other. I do want to thank the front desk clerk. Extended Stay please look into this location. IT NEEDS A-LOT OF HELP!

This place was okay for a very short stay. When we walked in, the lobby area had a very strong smell of garlic. You had to wait at the front desk for a while before someone came and finally checked you in. There’s a $100 “refundable deposit” that you have to pay. ( still waiting on the refund) The elevator is very old. The area where the buttons are located was barely on the wall and was missing pieces. You could see the wires. Our room also had a very strong smell when we entered. It was clean but I sprayed Clorox and Lysol to try and get rid of the smell. If you have a sofa pull out bed, you have to get the sleeping materials from the front desk because they don’t keep them in the rooms. The walls, floors and doors could use some upgrades. I was scared to use the microwave because the wall outlet was hanging off and wires were exposed. The air worked fine. We were able to sleep peacefully without loud noises. The bathtub needed to be clean because we found hair in there. Check out is at 11:00. It was 10:30am when someone knocked on the door. I was in the process of getting dressed and the door opened but luckily we had the bar on the door. I told the guy it was not 11:00 yet but he asked us if we were checking out or staying another night. I informed him we were checking out. I didnt like the fact he opened the door. Someone from the front desk could have called the room. Overall, the hotel isn’t terrible. We didn’t see any bugs.
