The townhome was perfect for us 3 women. It is have beautifully outfitted and filled with many little extras. As a VRBO host for 18 years, I saw the attention to detail, the cleanliness and comfort. Parking is a bit tight unless you drive a smaller vehicle. The location is convenient to downtown. We would absolutely book it again

Comfortable and cozy escape not far from the busy downtown. Very clean and well equipped. Pay attention to the warning about the garage though - it was tight ( but nice to have in the rain).

Gorgeous! Very clean, organized, and in great condition. Close to eating establishments, coffee, etc. Would highly recommend and we will definitely stay again if we're in the area! This is a terrific condo -- nice layout; well equipped; within 3 minute drive of the Convention Center and a lot of great restaurants, etc. Very quiet unit even though there is a unit above. In addition, Kathryn could not have been nicer or easier to book with. We all agreed that we'd love to stay here again the next time we're in Raleigh and can highly recommend the Eclectic Urban Retreat to others!!

This townhouse is wonderful. It is new and clean and comfortable. Katherine has fully stocked the kitchen and supplied amenities that rival most hotels. Having a parking spot included is also a plus anytime staying downtown.
