Lovely lake around the property for taking a walk. The hotel itself is old and worn. It’s seen better days. Comfortable, clean beds but the rooms and common areas seem to have a lot of wear and tear. The parking lot was full of potholes and smokers. Always appreciate the warm cookies though.

We were disappointed that the outdoor pool was closed! Tge indoor pool was not inviting. The gym was good. The room was excellent and extremely comfortable. The drains were not good in the room, so some stress that it might back up! Overall, it met our needs well for our short stay.

The front desk & service around hotel was great. Rooms were clean. Only bad thing water wouldn't go down drain in shower immediately, water sat in tub while shower which indicate clog in drain or issue with plumbling in this particular room. Also devices such as fire stick wouldn't connect to hotel wifi. Everything else was great.

My RTP trip

My 2-day stay was business in the area and it was great to return to a very pleasurable and comfortable room and hotel. Great restaurant with good food. Lake in back has great patio and 0.4mi walking path around lake. Definitely will return to this place in my next trip.

Second time we stayed here and we enjoyed as much as the first. Close to hwy 40 but far enough away that you don't hear the traffic. The rooms are large and quiet. It's our go to hotel in Durham.
