Breakfast was ok,yes it was fresh. However the smell of the bacon was all over the place even on the 3rd floor.. better ventilation is needed to keep the smell of food only in the kitchen area and not in the dining room. The smell was I my hair and clothes.. not good.

The place was clean and totally fine but it was very obvious that upkeep is Not a priority. Carpet in hallway is folding up on itself. Floor in the elevator is in need of attention. Door jams are scraped up etc. Just appears that they are working on thin profit margins. However, it was clean and quiet and if you are on a budget you will be fine staying here.
