DO NOT BOOK. I had to wait over 30 minutes just to check in at 9:00 PM because the front desk agent ignored the growing line of guests while staying on the phone the entire time. The staff were generally unhelpful. The lobby was also cluttered and not well-maintained, which didn’t inspire much confidence in the rest of the property.

Property is a little run down and directly in flight path for RDU so a little noisy at times. BUT, the worst part as soon as we got ready to go to bed we had cockroaches and other crawling insects come out and they kept coming. We were able to catch about 4 of them. Tool to front desk and gave our number to have the manager call us but no one called.

The suite we had, had ants under the couch and some stains on the carpet as well as dirty spots on the couch and a part of the wall, looked like dried sauce or something. The bathroom sink was clogged with a slow drain. A bit of wear and tear in the hotel but overall it looks decent

The hotel room smelled like wet mold and we were assigned to a room for individuals with orthopedic handicap features only. There were bugs visibly crawling across the lobby floor upon entering. Slept in my clothes on top of the bedding.

After checking in we discovered the pool was not functional, not even filled with water. My kids were very disappointed, as was I. There was never any mention that the pool amenity wasn’t available, if there was I would’ve booked another hotel. I’m not happy to be paying full price for an amenity I couldn’t use.
