Decent for the price, expected more
The room itself was clean and comfortable and the balcony was nice. There are some restaurants in walking distance and the surroundings are beautiful. Unfortunately we expected a bit more since the description on VRBO is not very accurate. To clarify, there are 2 rooms on each floor and they share a bathroom. There is also a shared refrigerator in the hallway. AC is NOT included but it is "available" if you want to pay an extra charge.The owners were friendly enough although they do not speak English so communication was difficult. They also smoke cigarettes constantly and even with the doors and windows closed in the middle of summer our room smelled of fresh cigarette smoke all night.
The directions that are given are also incorrect. If you use the map provided by VRBO it takes you out on a country road into the middle of nowhere. You should instead use the written address which takes you to a spot on the main highway. The road to the house is directly across from the grocery store. Once you find that road the house is on the right, but this is confusing too since the place is no longer called "Rooms Ilija" and it the building has been painted and the sign has been changed.
