This is my 3rd year in a row staying at this motel when we go to Radium Hot Springs. I always stay in the shoulder season so I can't comment on the A/c but the front staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and I have never had an issue with noise. It is walking distance to several restaurants and a grocery store. I really enjoy the BBQ area outside, it's also always clean, brightly lit and has a heater to take off the chill. Will stay again!

The bed was shaped like a taco, not only does it slumped in the middle, you can feel the individual springs of the mattress. Paper thin walls, we could hear children wailing @ 4:00am, a phone alarm on vibrate sounded as if it was in the same room. But most inconvenient was the on going construction noise that I had to address at 10:00pm.
