Either the room itself or my pillow stank — all night. $50 amenities charge was withdrawn from my account 4 days after we left. Within that 4 days they would have known we used 1 bottle of water. Apparently that costs $50. We have stayed in Marriotts for 30 years and have never been charged for what we didn’t use. The cavalier business department person promised she would look into it and call me back. She didn’t. She said the $50 would be credited to my account in approximately 10 days. It’s my money and they will have the use of it until they condescend to return it. Delta gives Marriott a very bad name.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The front desk associate was very accommodating. The pool was closed unfortunately but it was still a great stay. I will book this hotel for all my stays in Mt. Pleasant going forward.

No pool. Poor service

The pool was closed when we got to hotel. Was supposed to be open at 6 AM but wasn't. Asked to get two pillows and additional bath towel delivered while we were out for the evening. It wasnt there so I had to ask again and they gave me two bath mats instead of bath towel
