The 1 dedicated bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from its own direct exit to the roofed terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and includes 4 hot plates, a microwave, and a freezer. The roofed terrace of 10 m2 is furnished with terrace furniture and offers a pleasant view of the swimming pool.
