Each apartment has air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a balcony or terrace, and a bathroom. In the outdoor area, there is a communal garden pavilion with a barbecue, a small pool (since 2017), and sun loungers. Pets are not allowed.



The apartments are approximately 50 m² in size, located on the first floor and consist of a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, double sink, electric stove, extractor hood and filter coffee machine. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space for 2 people.



The balconies and terraces are covered and privately usable. Parking spaces are available at the property.
