A sofa bed in the living room comfortably accommodates a seventh guest.

The fully equipped kitchen is a delight, featuring a granite countertop with seating for four, a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, stove, oven, and a complete set of dishes, utensils, wine glasses, cookware, and drinkware. Parking is available with a dedicated, free parking space in the complex’s secure underground garage. Three additional guest parking spaces are also available, subject to use by other guests of other residents in the complex.
