We left car to be picked up by a friend and the staff swore we only needed him to have a picture of the ticket. When he came he was not allowed to take the car and we were mid flight to the US. We have stayed many times for the ease of transfers etc but not satisfied with the service staff as they did want to take info about person picking up vehicle and then had issues. Variety of options for breakfast, hot/cold, great spread of fruit, juices detox drinks, selection of tea coffee and refill. Staff are attentive and helpful. Every staff member greets you with a smile. Shuttle was at the airport with name board. Room was amazing, clean well equipped and comfortable. The only thing that could have improved was the dinner, the fried pork was dry and difficult to cut and eat (did not match the description on menu) Service was slow.

Without doubt, this is the nicest Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in! It is elegant, clean, and quiet although it’s near the airport. Without exception, the staff were courteous and professional. The breakfast was outstanding. The room was comfortable and spotless. Excellent bed and linens. I highly recommend this as a sanctuary near the airport!
