1) at the beginning did not have hot water. After they fix the problem the hot water came and went f

2) the tub was full of black fingís. It took 3 days to fix it. 3) the key box to enter the apartment is dificult to find and operate

Great property, excellent host

Claudia is an amazing host! Her communication before, during, and after our stay was great. The property was as described with great views of Quito from the balcony. We had a small issue with the hot water on the first day, but she had a plumber out the next day to repair it, and communicated with us the entire time. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a great spot outside of downtown!
