The main level also has a half bath and access to the expansive outdoor deck. Heading downstairs, you will find a second living area with a ping-pong table, 2nd smart TV, 2nd refrigerator, a set of adult twin bunkbeds, and a new queen sleeper sofa. Also downstairs, there is a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a queen bedroom with a jack and Jill bathroom, and access to the two screened in porches. In each screened in porch, you will find bonus sleeping spaces. One has a twin daybed while the other has a futon that will fold into a full bed. You are not limited to 10 guests if you choose you are welcome to use these extra sleeping spaces. Great for big families!
