Two minor inconveniences— only one of the three lamps in the room were working. I was too tired to say anything about it, and it was only a problem in the morning before sunrise when I was packing. The other issue is the shower curtain didn’t completely cover the tub. If I pulled it closed by the shower head, the back of the tub was exposed, and vice versa. I notified the staff on checkout and they said they’d make a note of it.
Also of note, the elevator does not work. A bit of a pain, but it wouldn’t keep me from staying here again.
The AC in our room CLANKED all night long. We also had to reclean the room when we got there. Bed and sheets were covered with hairs. Not a great experience.

Loud drains, bed and room noises.. kinda weird. Beds were clean and shower had good pressure. It was an okay stay.
Upon arrival, I was given a room on the third floor, but the elevator was broken and had luggage for three weeks. I was later told when I left early due to the conditions that a 1st floor room was available and I should have been placed there. The room smelled horrible of stale cigarettes and mold. Paint/plaster chips were on the floor and even though housekeeping came in my room, as the towels were taken, the floor was not cleaned. The towels that were present on check in had stains and multiple types of hair present on them. The flooring was unlevel and had a huge hole in it under the carpet that was a fall hazard. I ended up leaving as the bed was so poor in comfort my hips were in severe pain from sleeping on it. The free breakfast area had appliances stored in the room next to the tables, so I did not choose to try it. I left a day before my reservation as I did not want to stay longer.

Elevators not working at all. No breakfast and that room had junk and furniture stored in the room. Hotel room was very nice
Hotel was just okay. Didn’t have the best smell. Bed was ok. Location was nice, next to Hyvee. We just needed a place to lay our heads for one night before catching an early train the next day so we didn’t expect much. Price was good.
The lobby was dingy. Check-in was slow only one person doing check in even though they were sold out. The elevator was out of order. Had to carry luggage up three flights. No breakfast. Limited TV channels. O premium cable channels. Went to the desk for additional towels but no one at the desk and. Nobody answered the phone. I will never return to this property again.

When we first arrived we got a room that wasn’t cleaned and smelt like smoke really bad. We’ve asked to be changed to a different room or else we’d like our money back as we had a new born. We were switched to a different room a bit cleaner and didn’t smell. There was stains on pillow cases (we brought our own pillows)
We were originally suppose to stay for two night but an emergency happened and we had to come home and they refunded our money for the one night.
