The Space:

The apartment offers one bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, ideal for two people. Located on the first floor, it guarantees easy access. It has a cozy dining room, a living room to relax, a full private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Enjoy a high-speed Wi-Fi connection. Its location is exceptional.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire property, including the central courtyard and the secondary courtyard, as well as the roof terrace, perfect for enjoying your stay. The apartment has a private entrance. For medium and long term stays, we offer weekly cleaning service with change of sheets and towels.

Getting Around:

Enjoy the convenience of walking to all parts of downtown. If you prefer to drive, access is easy. To facilitate your arrival, I will provide you with a map and directions to the main squares of the historic center.



Other Things to Note:

- The access, terrace, laundry center and common areas are shared.

- Given the central location of the house, you may hear some street noise during your stay. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to pack earplugs.

- Parking in the historic center can be tricky, the location allows for everything to be within walking distance whenever possible.

- There is a dedicated desk/workspace here if you need to catch up on some work during your stay.

- City cleaning crews pass in front of the property making noise, this is simply part of city life, but something you need to understand when staying anywhere in Centro.

- Living room window faces the street, so noise can be expected during the day.
