Beautiful stylish studio, Ultra MODERN, LUXURIOUS and 100% ecological, in the HEART of Querétaro. The Casa Iris is located 5 minutes walk from the main squares of the city, recently renovated with excellent taste, and high-level finishes.
It is fully equipped with the most modern technology, with a robust 300 Megas internet + a second 200 Megas back up internet service, with home automation and RF touch switches, electronic thermostatic showers, touch taps, 58 "4K Smart TV with Netflix Premium UHD, induction stove, combined oven, etc... We are completely feed with solar energy.
The exclusive space in which you will stay is the beautiful Studio Luna, which is one of the 5 apartments or studios that we have in the Casa Iris. It has a Queen size bed, 1 sofa bed in the living space, a fully equipped kitchen area, a dining space, a bathroom and a WC. It is ideal for a couple, or also suitable for a family with children for short stays. The sofa bed is small hence the studio is not convenient for more than 2 adults. You will have a free parking place. Apart from the study, you can enjoy all the lovely outdoor areas of the Casa Iris that are shared areas with various equipment for an incredible stay.
Casa Iris shares all the outdoor areas that are freely accessible to all our guests. We have 2 terraces + 1 very spacious Roof garden, that is decorated with excellent taste for an incredible stay. You can, at your choice, enjoy the sunset in the jacuzzi with hydromassage, or exercise your mental skills and achieve checkmate on the giant chess board, or work very hard in the hammock, or live and share with your friends a tasty cheese accompanied by a bottle of Queretano wine on the decks of fine teck wood.
At the end of the contingency, we will also open our coworking area where you can make use of various office equipment and a meeting room.
Casa Iris also has a laundry-drying room with laundry service available, and a parking lot for one car for each of the apartments.
-The Casa Iris is powered by integral solar energy with photovoltaic panels and solar thermal collectors that cover 100% of the energy consumed. So with your stay with us, you will have the great feeling that you have contributed to reducing the carbon footprint of your trip as much as possible.
- For stays of 5 days or more, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for every 3.5 days, which includes renovation of amenities, fresh towels, etc ... See details and additional costs in our rules.
-If anything is missing from your accommodation, do not hesitate to request it. Our only motivation is to have everything you could need in the department and to achieve your complete satisfaction. We will probably be able to fulfill your request very quickly.
