Good fresh breakfast buffet. Free on-site parking (although not very spacious). Staff is friendly and efficient. Right opposite the Alameda which is a great park for short walks. Also in comfortable walking distance to the historic city center.

Air conditioning in room did not work properly, three complaints and no repair. Bathroom sink leaked and was slow draining, no repair after complaints. Rug in room was stained and warped. No hand towels or wash cloths. Ridiculously soft pillows, had to use two to make one. We will not return.

The carpets are worn out. There was a funny smell coming out of the pipes. The room don't have a basic coffee maker so there is no way you can have a cup of tea or coffee in your room. Nowadays with a coffee maker costing $20 or less says a lot of how the managers think about customer service
