Rooms not ready

Amazing hotel but check-in is at 3 pm and I called at 01:20 pm where I asked for early checkin and they told me they would check and asked the head of cleaning. I booked two rooms so having any of the two seemed possible. At 01:45 pm I was personally there and they told that it would be until 3 pm , no early checkin possible. I came 2:55 pm and only one the rooms was ready until 3:20 pm. I needed to leave my stuff, change clothes, take a quick shower and meet someone at 3:30 PM so I was eventually late despite that I called two hrs earlier and I was there, in person asking + despite I booked two rooms - both not ready. Note that the checkout is at 12:00 so they have 3 hrs in between. The hotel is amazing but I cant understand how they couldnt have any of the two rooms ready, including a 2 hr earlier notification and a few more after.

The property is well maintained the problem is that to get to the room you had to walk on stones and the 4 shells bags struggled during the walk. Going into the rooms the first step was veri high and the building didn’t have a ramp. No bell boy available!

No flamingos, but lovely place

I extended my stay here for 2 extra nights. Except for the mosquitos it was wonderful. The room was small but I didnt need any larger.

Nice place,nice grounds. Good location.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Shower sprayed in all directions and cold water was not cool or cold. Excellent restaurant. Lovely pool area and nice play area for children. Staff very nice. My only problem was my room had many mosquitos every time the door opened more came in.

The hotel is located very close to the centre of the city, it is an Oasis in the middle of all the concrete jungle. The gardens are very well maintained and the pool is great. I noticed a lot of families this was during the weekend. A nice place to atay with good internet service and cable.
