The service was excellent! Leo treated us wonderfully, making our stay much more comfortable—his attention to detail was the best part of the hotel. The property is beautiful, with an amazing view and conveniently close to everything. Highly recommended!

The suite we stayed in was beautiful. It had a spectacular view of La Peña. The little attached balcony was perfect for sitting out. Very clean place. Walking distance to everything. They only provide breakfast on the weekends. They do provide instant coffee packets, but you have to request hot water from the staff. Not a big deal unless you like your coffee early in the morning. We had to wait until about 9am, when restaurants open, to get breakfast/coffee. One deal breaker for us for was the bed. It was like sleeping on a board. Absolutely uncomfortable. I'm just glad we only stayed 2 nights. If it wasn't for the bed, I would have loved to stay longer.

Based on a single excellent review we decided to try our luck and we were rewarded with a lovely stay in the most beautiful and spacious suite of this hotel: Room el Cielito Lindo, which has a terrace with a fantastic view of the Bernal peak. Only a few minutes walk from the village square where you can buy the best Mexican cheeses and sample local delicacies. Very attentive staff and highly recommended

El hotel no califica para ser un hotel boutique, aunque Leo, el encargado fue súper amable. Hay muchos detalles que hacen que la experiencia no sea del todo cómoda. La ropa de cama no me gustó, los baños necesitan mantenimiento no hay restaurante, las toallas feas y de mala calidad. En fin, el precio no corresponde con el nivel del hotel. Se me hizo muy caro para la experiencia.

Agradable y buen servicio.

Buen servicio, amables. Fallo la chapa de la puerta del baño. El agua iba muy lento por el desagüe de la regadera. Fuera de eso un lugar muy cómodo y agradable.

Terrible experiencia. No es un hotel, y mucho menos BOUTIQUE. No tenían agua caliente en la habitación y estaban llenos porque tienen muy pocas habitaciones. Tuve que bañarme con agua fría, en un lugar (Bernal) que es de por sí muy frío. Las dos noches que me hospedé estuve sin agua caliente. La respuesta fue una disculpa. Nunca hicieron la limpieza de la habitación de un día para otro. Dejaron todo tal cual, cama sin tender, sin toallas, sin limpieza de nada. No tiene estacionamiento y tuve que dejar el coche en la calle porque lo cierran a las 10pm. Tienen que poner en su página que no tiene estacionamiento. El estacionamiento que usan es de un tercero y no tiene control sobre el y esta uno sujeto a los horarios del tercero. Además pretendían cobrar por el estacionamiento.
