A fabulous b&b in arrow town, location is perfect, literally a street away from the main high street, room was massive and very clean and breakfast was wonderful. Staff very friendly and accompanying and plenty of parking, it was the perfect 1st night of our New Zealand road trip!

Wonderful stay, room absolutely beautiful and full of character and charm. Every conceivable amenities plus more. Just a few minutes walk into Arrowtown. Victoria couldn’t be more helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Delicious breakfast, fantastic place. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay only criticism is the self-check-in and that someone else had taken our room. Im sure it is rare and not entirely the owner's fault but we were puzzled at being offered to take the other guests room when I had reserved and paid for the premium room as opposed to the small one off the breakfast room! I said ...no. Besides the above, the room was wonderful. The complimentary delicious cheese platter, wine, and chocolates are a great touch.

We only had a one night stay but the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower excellent . Additionally the hosts provided afternoon tea and fruit, a welcome cheese platter & wine. We were able to wash and dry our clothes in the generously sized bathroom. 5 min walk into the Main Street. I’d stay again

We had a wonderful stay at Arrowtown House Boutique Accommodation. The hosts were incredibly nice and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, and the entire property was beautifully maintained. Although the booking system only showed availability for two adults, the host was extremely accommodating and kindly arranged for our child as well. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be recommending it to all our friends and family planning a trip to the Queenstown or Arrowtown area.

The climax to a wonderful South Island holiday. Beautiful accommodation in the heart of the township. Wonderful owner/staff gave us a warm welcome and offered advice with local eateries, sights to see and walking activities in region. Gorgeous building/room, spotlessly clean with lovely breakfast, morning/afternoon tea supplied, and a beautiful platter of cheeses, dried fruits and wine to welcome us to our room. Highly recommend for somewhere special to enhance your stay in Arrowtown.

Special treat in Arrowtown..

Great find in Arrowtown. Very private and quiet. Large very clean, warm and comfortable room, big bed with quality linen and furnishings..large warm bathroom..with separate deep soak tub..hot pressure shower..washer/dryer..nespresso machine with fresh milk, welcome cheese platter, wine and chocolate..home baked cookies ( to die for) and fruit left in lobby to help yourself..we asked for ice and large flask appeared at the door..breakfast was perfect. Fresh OJ, fresh barista coffee, eggs bacon and sourdough..staff very attentive and helpful..its a short stroll to main town so no need for designated driver or taxi..Great for a couple looking for a date night..weekend away..and having a washing machine is perfect if you are hikers or bikers..thank you for creating such a special place.

Just lovely

Such a lovely welcoming place to stay. Breakfast was delicious as was baked good for afternoon tea and cheese platter on arrival- all included. Nice and quiet and in walking distance of everything. Only negative was the size of the TV - too small for the room size. Only an issue as we had a rainy afternoon which we spent watching a movie on Netflix. Would love to stay again!
