The service here is great. Staff are polite and attentive when approached. I really appreciated this part. The mattresses were not good quality and the shower and outlets could use an upgrade. Room was clean.

The room didnt come with any body wash, shampoo, or conditioner in the bathroom. The hotel phone inside the room had something sticky and smelled. The room was okay but if you wore tennis shoes, they would squeak really loud. The front desk staff was training and check in took longer than anticipated. I found too many little things that gave me a poor experience compared to other places I have stayed. Dont trust it
