Nice and quiet location, spacious room. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Restaurant wasn't open during our stay except for a continental breakfast for an extra fee, which we did not require, but to be fair it was offseason. I would definitely stay again, this was my 2nd visit.
Quick 2 day trip for some golf and sight seeing. Incredible location. Very quiet and beautiful seaside cove with rooms directly on the water. Everything closes very early here. Front desk closed by 6. No restaurant other than a small continental breakfast that is not included in the costs of your stay.
The only positive thing about April Point Resort are the views and abundant sea life. The resort is extremely run down and in need of significant repair. Our deck was rotted out so they used plywood to cover it. Just a very rough resort.

April Point Resort has clearly seen better days, having once been a luxurious escape, but it still offers a pleasant and reasonably priced stay for those who love being close to the ocean. The natural surroundings are stunning, with wildlife and cruise ships passing by at striking proximity, creating a memorable experience. However, the property shows signs of deterioration due to a lack of maintenance, which may be disappointing for those expecting its former glory. Despite this, the resort remains clean, and the staff is friendly and accommodating, making it a decent choice for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize location and scenery over luxury.
needs updates. Dining was closed. Tap water wasn’t safe to drink or brush teeth with. No AC. Amazing scenery and view which makes up for it. Friendly staff.

Unfortunately unlike our last stay , the restaurant was closed, our windows looking out to the ocean had condensation, so the view was not very good, but did have a balcony which the view was beautiful , I really do hope they fix this property up a bit because it truly is a great spot to visit, and would definitely revisit again
When I booked they were happy to take full payment based upon their advertised website. I arranged my trip including several ferries and the better part of a full day to get there. Only to find out that their water system was contaminated and unfit to consume, shutting down their restaurant (except for a sparse overcharged breakfast offering at an additional cost). They provided bottled water as a solution. This has been going on for over a week and based upon reviews read in hindsight for awhile.
This is a major potential health hazard, that management thought it was best not to mention prior to taking my money. I would have booked an alternative location, had I known.
This is a direct reflection of the honesty, integrity and quality of their service and hospitality. You chose accordingly. I will not stay here again, and make sure that I tell my friends not to trust nor rely on the website or advertised services.
It’s a real shame as the location is stunning.

Beautiful views of the surrounding area. Lodging was quiet and comfortable. Closed restaurant and spa on site
It was clean and the staff were nice but this property was clearly run down and offered very limited services. Extremely disappointing considering we paid 1000 dollars for 3 nights! Breakfast was lame and just a bunch of Costco breads etc. and if you wanted it you had to pay an extra 20 dollars per person. Seriously? In addition they put us in a water restriction for the third night and offered no compensation not to mention there was a giant tub in the room but only warm water. Overall I would discourage anyone from going there other than it offered a beautiful view of the ocean.
A great way to relax for a few days. No cooking allowed in the rooms, so bring your picnic easy to prepare meals. Kettle no microwave. Bring a book, sit on a deck chair by the water and chill. Only breakfast available in the kitchen onsite. Small day trips via car an option. Kyaks off the dock.
