This is a dishonest Hotel! I booked the Hotel on Expedia, paid online.
When I arrived at Hotel, they said they cannot accept foreign guests.
So, I couldn't stay there.
I asked to give me the refund, they cannot give me cash and I will get the refund to the original account within 7-15 days.
more than 2 weeks have passed, I didn't get the refund.
I contacted Expedia: this is what they told me:
"Hello Lilit,
Thank you for contacting us about your refund request. We have presented your case to Hanting Haiyou Hotel Qingdao Taidong Pedestrian Street Branch due to their reservation policy they have denied your request.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We hope you will give us an opportunity to assist you with your travel plans again soon.
Thank you for choosing Expedia.

While 2 weeks ago, I received this message from Hotel:
"Hanting Haiyou Hotel Qingdao Taidong Pedestrian Street Branch sent you a new message:
Sorry that your reservation has been cancelled because the hotel doesn't have a foreigner's reception license.The guaranty fund of 107RMB will be returned to your original payment account within 7-15 working days."
This Hotel is full of liers!! It has to be reported on all the possible webistes.
As a Journalist, I will write an article about this case and they will close this Hotel.
