Newer book this place

No power, no water for almost 24 hours, the waterpark was closed, and all the restaurant's where closed. Except for a nice view and letting us cancel our booking, everything else was just HORRIBLE The staff at the "breakfest" used personal clothes, and it was like eating in a old, broken down school with bad food. We where maybe 20 people eating there so running out of coffee cups is quite the feat.

Dass Hotel hat Potential, Sand Strand, Schwimmbad mit Salzwasser und ein Aquapark den man Gratis Benützen kann, dass Personal ist auch Freundlich und die Putzfrauen Bemühungen sich. Negative: Die Sauberkeit im hotel ist eine Katastrophe. Dass Frühstück ist auch sehr schlechte überall Bienen, es gibt kein Besteck, Servietten sind Luxus und immer dass gleiche zum Frühstück. Dass Restoran ist auch eine Katastrophe dass Essen schmeckt überhaupt, kleine Auswahl und die meisten sachen auf der Karte gab es gar nicht. Dass ganze Hotel ist veraltete in den Pool gibt es überall Stolpr Fallen die ganzen Fließen sind beschädigt und mann kann sich überall verletzen. Der Aquapark ist Cool aber leider auch Veraltete und überall Stolper Fallen. Die Liegen werden weder am Strand noch am Pool oder im Aquapark gereinigt überall Fleckchen. Und die Hygiene im gesamten Hotel ist eine Katastrophe. Groß und Ganzen schöne Anlage schöne Kleine Hotels fasst jedes Zimmer schaut ins Meer, die Zimmer sind auch Gross, beim Hotel ist gleich eine Einkaufs Strasse und eine Schöne Promenade. Aber leider ist alles Veraltet und die Hygiene ist eine Katastrophe und essen kannst im Hotel auch nicht.

Die umgebung war wundervoll. Leider war das frühstück sehr schlecht, es gab am ersten tag butter, dann die ganze woche nicht mehr. Auch nach nachfrage kam nichts. Die präsentation des buffets sehr schlecht, die eier und andere warmen speisen waren kalt. Kaffe war eine brühe. Im internet steht „spa“ leider ist der name alt und sie bieten keine art von spa. In der grosszügigen dusche waren saubere tücher, leider waren da 2 haargummis und leere duschgel flaschen. Alles in einem mittelmass. Da essen mit kindern sehr wichtig ist und da der punkt im minus ist. Auch mittag und abendessen (nur ausserhalb möglich!) war eine 3/10. aquapark war schön allerdings extreme sicherheitsmanko beim kinderpool.

Veldig misfornøyd

Oppholdet avviker stort til hva som ble solgt inn i annonsen. Vi ankom stedet på natten grunnet flyforsinkelse - resepsjonen er ikke døgnåpent som det står. Bassenget var under bygging. Spa var nedlagt. Masse løshunder. Kun en restaurant/bar/kaffebar i ett. Lite imøtekommende, høflig og forståelig personell. Ikke fristende frokost. Veldig misfornøyd med oppholdet og kommer aldri tilbake.
