Great stay, but very bad food ordering service
"The accommodation was excellent – clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast with a friendly chef, and the receptionist Lumi was especially kind and helpful. However, the hotel’s food ordering service was very disappointing. On 9th we ordered shawarma with fries and chicken liver, which was perfect. ..."

"I turned up at the hotel (after a bus journey from Petra ) only to get some excuse from staff about maintenance work in my room!! Truth is, Zaman have a very old booking system and because of their location and price, get over booked. I was then sent by Zaman to their 'sister' hotel the Hotel Arabesque, ..."
