The rooms were modern, comfortable, and spotless. Everything felt fresh and well-kept. The restaurants were a highlight — plenty of variety and fun atmospheres to enjoy. Every meal I tried was delicious, with flavors that really stood out. As a local, I can say I’d absolutely come back again

I went to check on the gym( dressed with a dress so obviously not to exercise) with my granddaughter and a very rude security guy said that we could not be there . I apologized and he said that he has to reported immediately because that was a very serious issue. We decided not to go back to this place just for this guy

Staff for the most part was rude. The valley were great except they have to wear radios and the radio marked my leather seats on a 911. The Level blue guy was very unfriendly. Vinney a waiter was really good. Your sign says pool open Dawn to Dusk but when we showed up at sunrise they told us it did not open for another hour and a half. View was fantastic and the hot tub when you can use it is very nice.

We love it all. We were disappointed we couldn’t enjoy the rooftop pool the second day due to it being filled. So happy Hilton has taken over this beautiful property. It will only get better from here. We will be back to stay again!!!!
