I travel a lot. 100 nights a year. Worst resort I've ever stayed at. Toilet clogged. Waited 45 minutes, called again, was told they are really backed up. My Wife and child had to use the lobby restroom to get ready for a wedding. Manager told me he would discount my next stay. What why would I stay again?????

The resort was very nice. Not much breakfast options and places not open until late in the day. Too many "addons" like parking fee per day AND resort fee on top of the expensive room rates.

Reasonable pricing WAS GREAT! Food court food was surprisingly good. Sit down restaurant menus were disappointing in their varity. Im well aware that here in Florida its somewhat difficult to deal with, but the pools were uncomfortably warm but were in excellent condition. As is a problem all over the US the older employees were engaging but the younger ones... not so much. You just put Orlando of our map. We loved our stay!!! One last thing. I've been in the maintenance end of condos and industrial complexes. In our room there were minor issues that could have been been dealt with easily and inexpensivly. My only reason for mentioning it is that, as you know, the pickiest guests make the biggest online noise. I don't know if i have enough characters left so ill finish with if you would like suggestions feel free to call us. 941-504-6343. WE'LL BE BACK!!!
