Is the second time and hace a problem too the hotel no have communication with expidia so free breakfast is false when you put this option in the reservation because the hotel don't know about,suit with see view false when arrive to the room the view was a gas station try to change the room and hsve 2 room in my reservation and the last incident was when Nother person open my room eith a reservation rent the same room to diferents persons and for this reason the internet was restricted because have a last name incorrect and the agent explain me that need make a reservation directly to the hotel in the future because the communication hotel to expedia is terrific

Everything was clean and well organized. All the amenities were on point. Plenty of options and things to do daily. Pool and hot tub area were perfect with the bar and restaurant readily available. The rooftop bar was a wonderful spot to enjoy the sunset. The restaurants were all great and well priced. I would definitely stay again!

Food was good room was OK disappointed in no heaters by the outside dining too cold skimpy on the shrimp appetizer upper level restaurant bar closed early. No food closed at 6 o’clock for dessert. Fireplaces didn’t work. Rain in shower clogged up overnight overall OK pools were closed early at sunset. No hot tubs available overall disappointing for the fees. Restaurants aren’t all open to be able to try them out, I don’t 1 to 10 probably about a seven disappointed.

The people working at the pizza shop are extremely rude not the cashiers the actual people making the pizza. You need more breakfast offering during the week some muffins, some croissants, etc. Also, I really didn’t like that you had to pay so much to self Park your own car. Room Rates Monday through Thursday should be greatly reduced due to the lack of things open. Other than that, the resort is beautiful.

This hotel gets a 5 star review for my stay. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The decor and the atmosphere were awesome. The staff was extremely friendly making us feel right at home. The hotel ground's were spectacular from the entrance to the pool area (which was gorgeous). Rooms were luxurious and very comfortable and of course super clean. Well done staff!!!!

Extremely nice resort property with many amenities and the rooms are absolutely beautiful. a couple outside pools with a bar and a rooftop vanishing edge pool with an outdoor bar. The property is very clean and the staff is very accommodating and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Sunseeker!
