     Loft with incredible patio space- in the middle of downtown. 

     Stay where it is all happening, converted cozy loft space just 3 blocks from the Harborwalk. Surrounded by incredible dining and shopping found in downtown Punta Gorda, Florida. 

     Our business is run out of the front office, and our lock-off loft is in the back of the house. It is fully equipped, private, and has a separate entrance. There is a full bathroom and walk-in closet and a half bath off the living room. 

     The loft bedroom has a queen bed upstairs. Downstairs youll find the full kitchen with brand new appliances, a pantry, a full bathroom with a huge walk-in shower, and a living room with a convertible sofa, and desk space.

     The patio is incredible, with a gorgeous teak dining table, comfortable seating, and a fire table.

      Upstairs Loft- Queen bed

      Downstairs- convertible sleeper sofa

      Youtube tv is provided on the smart tv.

      Laundry usage can be arranged with the property manager when in the office. Easy access!

      Street parking only- NO PARKING in the empty adjacent lot.

      Farmers Market across the street every Saturday morning 8 am- 1 pm, fresh fruits/vegetables, local vendors, live music. 

      Live music and events and festivals is just steps away in the parks along Charlotte Harbor all year long. 

      Local restaurants surround us, burgers, pizza, Thai, Pho, wine, chocolate, coffee and so much more all within easy walking distance. 

      Activities abound! Head over to Gilchrist Park just a half mile from here for a pickup pickleball game, or take a lovely waterside walk along the Famous Harborwalk. Visit the Military Heritage museum, rent a boat from Holidaze, take a boat cruise from the Kingfisher Fleet around the Harbor (see dolphins!) or to an outlying island. Explore Fishermans Village with all sorts of shopping and dining and events, grab a book at the end of the block from Copperfish Books, explore the history park. There is so much to keep busy in our lovely town, stay in the heart of it all. 

      BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.

The beautiful beaches of Manasota Key are a short 45-minute drive away, Boca Grande is 35 minutes

Shopping and Dining in Downtown Punta Gorda is 2 miles

Publix is 3 miles 

Saint Andrews South Golf Club is 1 mile

Public Boat Ramp access  Laishley Park for easy access to the water by boat is just over 3 miles  

      We will provide a welcome pack including the following:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 roll of paper towels

2 packets of dishwasher detergent

2 packets of laundry soap

hotel-size shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom

Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
