Los Corales has many parts to it and some parts are nicer than others.
The communication was lacking, except the part where they wanted our payments. I wasn’t even sure where the unit was in the property or how to get the key. Once we arrived, they didn’t have our place ready. When they finally “found” a few units that were available, they were not even in the same building that was shown in the picture - not even in the same area of the property. The first two units they showed us were in poor shape, musty smelling, not ready to occupy, and not near the beach. After complaining about these issues and showing the picture, they took us to a unit that was on the beach. It was a very nice area of Los Corales, but the room was not nearly as clean as I would have expected. We went to the store and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned it ourselves the first night. After that, it was cleaned daily. We wished it would have been that freshly cleaned when we arrived.
After the check in issue, things went well and we enjoyed our stay.
