The customer service at this resort is unmatched. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Raldy and Jerlyn for being so sweet and always having a smile on their faces when we see them. The food options could’ve been better and had more options during lunch time, but other than that, the resort is beautiful, clean, the rooms are big and clean with turndown service. They anticipate everything you will need before you need it. Definitely recommend.

Our family stayed here for 3 nights, originally was supposed to be a 4 night stay but due to flight delays and rebooking, we lost a day. This is why the 3 star review is given. Positives: The resort itself is beautiful, with plenty to do for kids and families. Special shoutout to Jose for arranging transfer service and checking in to make sure all was well. Carlina for decorating our room for daughter’s birthday. Staff is overall very nice and willing to help, even with a language barrier as we did not speak Spanish. The food was good, Melting Pot hibachi is a must, does require reservation but we were able to reserve it fairly easily. Now the negatives: as mentioned, the 3 star review is due to the hotel not willing to make exception for a lost night due to flight rebooking. I didn’t request a refund, just requested an extension of our stay for one more night and to apply the missed night there. Gabriel, who was a trainee, gave me 4 different prices over 3 days. I spent hours of my vacation at front desk trying to get an extra night at their resort. I was even willing to pay but kept getting different prices every time, which was frustrating. We left and went to Nickelodeon to stay a night there. Overall, family enjoyed but the experience with trying to stay an extra night frustrated me and I will not be back here

Considering all of The resorts I've stayed at in Mexico and Dominican , the finest Punta Cana had the best food a resort could have . I was actually surprised ! My 9 year old actually ate. The only bad food is the buffet.. the food you order at the pool wasn't bad , it's nice that you can eat at the pool. We had the Italian , Asian , and Wok restaurant's..there were many more to choose from but we liked Them so much that we ate At those places for the 7 days we were there. The staff were super friendly, especially Maximus. The only negative thing I'd say is there needs to be a bigger water park area for the kids and a better buffet.. if you're looking for a smaller resorts with friendly staff, kid friendly and edible food , this would be the one. Don't order room service breakfast , get your bagel from the buffet. There's also a cute coffee shop with lots of sweets and ice cream. The sweets were delicious and the coffee was amazing ! The VIP room we had , had a deck with a pool and lay out chairs. It was actually pretty big and convenient for the days we had enough of the pool downstairs and just wanted to swim outside our room. The staff continuously knocks on the door asking if you need snacks , or refilling the fridge with water and pops. Overall I'd go there again .

Our stay at Finest (family-friendly property) was great all round. The resort is beautifully designed and kept very clean. The staff are extremely friendly and there is a vast choice of bars, restaurants and grab-and-go food places. There was always a cabana or sun loungers available. Our kids did not want to leave, they loved the blue inflatable in the pool, the kids club and entertainment. Highly recommend staying at this property.
