This was my first time traveling alone with a toddler and I cannot express how friendly and helpful every single staff person I interacted with was. I was able to truly enjoy my vacation and my child was extremely well attended and cared for by all the workers we interacted with. I want to highlight in particular the following workers: Eliza, Picachu, Wilkin; Mariela, Candy y Nichole from the Explorers Club; Marilyn, Gerson, Ronald from the love bar; Angel R, Jefrey, Dolores, Wanda, Jose from the Grotto bar; Yohansen, Olfani, Angel Valentin from the Hideaway bar; and all the serving staff from the World Cafe and Seasode Grill, all the room service workers. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We will be returning soon!

The drive-through town getting there was treacherous due to all the motorcycles weaving in and out of traffic, and there was major potholes that you had to drive around because they were so deep. We went out a different way when we went back to the airport and it was much better.

The property is beautiful, small in comparison to other resorts in the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, they include a mini fridge that is replenished daily and it is part of the all inclusive. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The room is cleaned twice daily. The resort offers nightly entertainment, however it ends 10:30pm. The pools are open until 7pm, so there's no nightlife in this resort. There are several pools, which never seem crowded, some of them are shaded. The resort provides towels. The service is in general good, with the exception of some people that don't seem happy with their job, but for the most part people are happy, helpful and kind. The only really bad downside of this resort is the food. The general buffet at World Cafe has several options but the flavor and variety is poor. The meat was overcooked and hard. Especially the soft drinks don't have gas, they served the soda flat, which we complained about several times. The resort offers 5 restaurants which are all at the same place, which makes breakfast and dinner times overcrowded. No reservations are needed for any restaurant except for the hibachi. Our experience was awful from waiting about one hour to be served to dropping from the waiting list due to a long wait, and not being able to plan dinner because the restaurants closed without any previous notice to do dinner at the beach due to a wedding. The resort does good at keeping seaweed in nets before reaching the beach.

As a senior woman, the cite is beautiful yet very huge, too much walking for the seniors, transort vehicles steps are too high with no step stool assistance to get in or out. Yet...the staff is amazing. My personal butler Mayker Mejia was AMAZING. His attention and keeping me updated was impeccable. I will miss him.

The staff at Dreams Royal Beach were wonderful and made our stay so enjoyable. While service was not as fast in restaurants as we are used to the employees always took care of guests with dignity and care. We enjoyed all the pools and amazing clean Beach. The resort was large enough to have plenty of things to do but not too large. The only downside was the food quality. We wished there were more traditional Dominican food options and music to experience the beautiful country on the resort.

The room was beautiful the staff absolutely amazing! The italian restaurant portofino staff was splendid! Really have to complains I will Go back for sure! Theres is variety of restaurants and they were all delicious also the shows a kid friendly activities!

I LOVED this hotel, it was my first time in Punta Cana and I am so glad I chose this Staff - Friendly, some more than others but always someone you made a click with Pools- There were two main pools a kind of lazy river. One of the pools didn’t have any music which I would have preferred but still nice. The preferred area had another separate area with pool. Bars are always accesible Buffet is small and isn’t all “that” but still had some good options Restaurants were great, hibachi and the italian one’s were our fave They have shuttles to move around which are pretty fast Preferred club - I loved that we have extra perks and special areas, and that our rooms were separate, made it feel like we didn’t pay extra in vain. I would recommend getting this option, but it’s not entirely necessary. We had a personal “butler” which the service comes included with this, my only bad experience with any employee was her (I believe her name was yacaira) as she always had passive aggresive/slightly sarcastic answers, didn’t like repeating something if she had “already said it” and didn’t really help us out much aside from booking hibashi.. but still didn’t ruing it for us. Activities - there are not much activities going on, this is a more “relaxed” hotel. They do have entertainment at night and have a disco
