I loved everything about Natura eco beach. It was pleasant and natural. I loved the staff and birds around the park. My room had a wonderful view of the pool and beach area. I will be back. 😊

The worst experience I've had in years, and definitely not expecting it from a place like this. The hotel did not have my confirmed stay and made me pay a cash deposit until they did have it, all while not making any effort to retrieve the information only showing me their email with current reservations, all of them around 1pm that day...I arrive at 10pm...a hotel with no reservations after 1pm..sure! But it can happen if people now how awful it is. Room had a noisy ceiling fan and a broken air conditioning. I call front desk and again, the staff couldn't care less and after waiting 30 minutes for a "technician" whom I knew was going to do nothing at all, he simply said it was set to the lowest point and was not going to cool down more than that. The room is so old the wall plugs are from the ice age and most of them don't work. Food is terrible and don't believe the free wifi. They give you 15 minutes 'free' each day only at the lobby. The place is a terrible and worst of it? The staff too. But I guess it comes with the conditions. No investment to the hotel, poor conditions to the staff. And it reflects. A shame! I am dominican and expected a lot more from a hotel in Punta Cana being the most visited coastal city in the country. Plenty of other great options around, except this one.

The property is very open doors and love the flamingos and peacocks. When we arrived, we had to wait an hour until our room was ready. Reception had a straight face no warm greetings. When we got to our room, it was dirty. They haven’t cleaned it. It was 4 pm at this point. They told us to wait another hour. I asked for an upgrade . Honostly didn’t like the standard room. The upgrade was better. However was offered fruit, champagne and rum, which I never received. The WiFi was also included with sucks. The inclusive drinks are trash. They use the cheapest liquor ever. Worst of all there were roaches and flies in our room. The bed sheets were stained. Service was slow all around! Never again

Loved my stay at Pta Cana! The resort grounds were beautiful with lots of plants and ponds and birds. Food was good, and beaches were amazing! The negatives were little older rooms, and AC was not working well. Despite this, I will definetely stay again in this hotel!

First trip to dr and this hotel and staff made it amazing! The animation team and servers were all so friendly even the people selling stuff at the beach we’re so nice and willing to negotiate excursions to make your stay there even more amazing. Very satisfied, especially friendly staff!!!

The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. There were peacocks, flamingos and all sorts of other birds. Pool was nice. Staff was friendly. Room was a little outdated, but clean and room staff good. Check in was fairly easy. Bar staff and wait staff were friendly and helpful. Making reservations for the specialty restaurants was difficult, and didn't always work. Seafood restaurant only offered seafood, while steakhouse offered chicken and pork also. So if you had people in your group who didn't like seafood, they had not options.

The property grounds are lovely and a pleasure to walk through. Overall, the property is well maintained including their beachfront area. There is only one small bathroom in the beach area which made for lines and not so clean stalls during busy beach times. There are no elevators so be prepared to carry you luggage up and down steps as they appear to lack staff to assist with this task. Our room looked nothing like the photos as it was outdated and needed general cosmetic repairs. The air conditioner was very loud and put out minimal cool air. The refrigerator was small. The shower curtain was not long enough so each shower taken meant a small flood in the bathroom. Bring your own adapters as it took almost 24 hours to get one. The housekeeping service was fine and responsive to our needs although their towel supply appeared limited. The bed was comfortable. Our balcony had a nice view. The service staff are the hotel’s biggest asset as they were hard workers and usually had smiles on their face. They did appear to be overworked. The front desk staff were difficult to work with. For the issues we had with the room, we had to go down in person and speak directly with them after numerous unsuccessful calls. We felt like we were always getting the runaround. I have stayed at numerous all inclusives and I was really surprised at all of the add cost so be prepared.

It looks nice, and the people are friendly, but that is the only good thing I have to say about this place. My experience was HORRIBLE! Showed up to check in and turns out they were overbooked so for the first 5 days of my trip was spent at a different resort. Learned throughout the week that this happens very frequently. Once back at this resort, you have to wait up to 4 days to get an adapter to charge your phone, going up to the front desk constantly trying to catch someone checking out just to get one, they advertise that they have adapters, but there is not even close to enough for everyone. There is not free WiFi, only for 15 minutes in the lobby. When you go to check out, make sure to give yourself about an hour cause it is the slowest process ever! Also at check in make sure to get a towel pass, there was a group not being aloud to check out for not having them even though they did not receive them at check in. I also did not receive one at check in, so when I saw that happening I made sure to get a pass so I did not run into the same problem the next day. I had an upgraded room, but I heard most rooms are gross and very outdated. Save yourself money and stress and do not stay here. I never ever write reviews, but this was bad enough that I had to

Our first room we booked was nothing at all like we expected or what was advertised to us. It was a bit outdated and one of the twin beds were crooked. We immediately went down to the front desk and asked to upgrade our room. We paid an extra $200 for the rest of our 5 night stay - which included a 20 min massage per guest, daily use/refill of the mini fridge, daily housekeeping, a fruit basket and wine. Our room had a beautiful outlook of the beach - which was only about 200 ft away from our room. The only complaints about our new room would be that the bathroom light was defected, it would not stay on and would constantly flicker...sometimes not turning on at all. And we had a little mishap with the toilet our first night, it would not flush. Thankfully someone came and helped us with this problem. Now aside from all that our stay was absolutely amazing. The staff was so amazingly helpful and cheerful. The food was delicious and the resort itself was so pleasant to be in. I would definitely revisit.
