Room was not ready. Had to wait three hours. Our suite pool was not clean. Had to wait two days. Represents beach access but you have to take a shuttle. Rooms are old and smell weird…not good. Will not be back.

My room was over the top!! And i really had the chance to relax. If your looking to turn up this is not the place. This Resort is a real relaxing stay!! The only thing i wasn't happy about is the food. The only reason i give it 4 stars.

The room was big, which was good. However, the resort is far from the beach. They provide transportation every hour, but the last shuttle is at 5 p.m., after which you have to take a taxi to return to the resort. The resort details mention many restaurants, but only one buffet is included for free; the others require extra payment. I would rather pay for a place that is closer to the beach or offers 24/7 transportation access. It gets tiring to eat at the same restaurant every day, even though they offer different kinds of food.

Staff and amenities. I sat in the dining area over an hour and no one wanted to serve me. Then when they finally came with the food, the order was missing the mash potatoes and the food was cold and the plate hot. Which simply means they tried to microwave the food.

staff great everyone good just ok some meals terrible Thought it was in the beach going in a shuttle 30 min terrible again staff awesome Feel it was false advertising saying it was on the beach!!! The room they gave me very big like an apartment beautiful with all marble fllors, balcony looking right over marina beautiful view. Pool very nice. Very quiet in room and generally cam environment. Pool not crowded. Room service part of all inclusive.Personal concierge, Maria De Leaon, very helpful and friendly also she has great english. She kept in touch every day through Whats App. Everything clean and food great. Amazing value for price.
