wrong information

We were told that the rooms were 538 sq feet along with 32 in TV , it was about 140 sq feet no TV often no hot water no where to sit other than the bed no table or anything to make you comfortable. Another problem was the name Altea Palace was not on display ,in fact when we asked the local police they had never heard the name and sent us a number of miles away
