We are offering you a great relaxing place, perfect for your vacation. This 3-bedroom apartment for 6 people is an ideal starting point for exploring the city and surrounding area which offers various facilities so you can find something for everyone.
This very comfortable apartment is located on the ground floor in a family house. The apartment is 135 m², has a separate entrance, parking place, and big outdoor area. It is a perfect choice for family or friends who wants quiet place for their holiday but still being near the events and places which offer fun and nice time.
It is not only located close to famous tourist attractions, restaurants, museums, bars and shops, but also to the attractive beaches, which are only 3 - 5 km away.

Pula visit

We were super happy with our stay in Pula. Everything was perfect. This unit is very modern, spotless and nicely placed for accessing Pula, whether by car or walking. We could walk 15 minutes along a tree shaded sidewalk or come and go as we wished from a convenient parking place right in front of the unit. Neda and Bozo were very helpful and we would highly recommend this place to rent. It is one of the nicest places we have ever rented!

Concert at Pula Arena

This was our first trip to Croatia. We stayed at the property for 5 days. The location was perfect for walking to the sights near Pula Arena. The property had a private parking spot which was nice as we had a rental car and took a couple day trips. The owners were very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place. If we ever have an opportunity to go back we would stay there again.

Beautiful home, wonderful location and very nice people!

A thank you to Neda and her husband, you were both very friendly and we enjoyed visiting with you! We were very impressed at how clean and well-stocked the apartment was, it had everything we needed, we even grilled a meal one night while we were there. The apartment is very spacious, modern and clean. It is also close to all the sights in Pula, we walked to all of the sights. We give it 6+ stars!!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, super Lage, sehr freundliche Vermieter

Ich und alle meine Freunde mit welchen ich in den Kroatien Urlaub gefahren bin, waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist modern und schön gestaltet - Betten, Bäder und Küche sind sehr gut. Eine große Terrasse mit Überdachung bietet einen schönen Ort um zu entspannen. Dort haben wir wirklich viel Zeit verbracht. Die Lage ist auch fantastisch: ruhige Nachbarschaft und ca. 15min um zu Fuß ins Zentrum Pulas zu kommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und stehen einem jeder Zeit zur Verfügung. Insgesamt kann ich also wirklich nur empfehlen hier in den Urlaub zu gehen.

Sommerurlaub 2022

Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Sie ist sehr groß, was für unsere Familie mit fünf Personen optimal war. Alles was man so braucht, ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber und gemütlich für uns vorbereitet. Und der Aussenbereich war auch sehr ansprechend, so daß wir die Abende gerne dort verbrachten. Es war unser erster Urlaub in Kroatien und die Wohnung von Neda und Božo hat zu einem sehr schönen Aufenthalt beigetragen.
