The terraced house is located in a suburb of Pula, just a few minutes walk from beautiful city beaches. It is ideal for a larger company. On the first floor are a gym, the sauna and a common dining room with kitchen. In front of the kitchen is the terrace with barbecue area. The first floor has a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, terrace and two bedrooms, on the 2nd floor there are four bedrooms, while the attic has 3 bedrooms, one of which has exit to the terrace with sea view.
